As a key member of the EMEA leadership team, the Vice President of Sales, EMEA will lead insightsoftware's direct sales organization across the entire EMEA territory. You are responsible for setting the strategic sales direction, building and inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering predictable revenue growth in line with corporate objectives. You are a visionary sales leader with deep software experience, strong execution skills, and a proven ability to drive performance across diverse markets. You will report to the GM & SVP Sales, EMEA and this is a hybrid role required to be in the London office a few times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the regional Sales Management teams to maximize activity, accelerate pipeline creation, and achieve quarterly bookings goals.
  • Define and deliver on regional and team-level sales goals aligned with insightsoftware's corporate growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to front-line managers and account executives throughout the sales process.
  • Drive accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.
  • Oversee territory planning and ensure appropriate quota setting and territory coverage.
  • Actively participate in regional go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse, high-performing sales organization.
  • Support professional development, performance management, and career growth for sales leaders and team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations to drive alignment and performance.
  • Regularly engage at client and partner facilities to strengthen relationships and gain market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-country sales teams across the EMEA region.
  • Experience in second-line or third-line sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to build and scale teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and using data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise selling Office of the CFO software solutions.
  • Experience in private equity-backed environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong and similar applications advantageous.
