Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the signage industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most prestigious signage manufacturers — a trusted partner to some of the nation's best-known brands. As the Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of a key national client managing a portfolio worth approximately £4 million annually. You'll lead the relationship, manage complex multi-site projects, and act as the main point of contact from initial enquiry through to costing.
You'll work alongside a highly collaborative internal team, including support from an Account Executive to manage the data and administration load. Key Responsibilities- Build and manage trusted, long-term relationships with senior client contacts
- Be the day-to-day contact for all account activity, queries, and development
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across 50 sites
- Interpret briefs, define scope, develop costings, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations
- Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and project management
- Lead internal account briefings and coordinate project timelines
- Collaborate with your Account Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery
- Identify opportunities to grow client spend and maximise account value
