We are urgently recruiting for experienced Children Residential Workers with a minimum of 2 years work experience. You will be working on a shift basis over a 40 hour week. You must hold a full clean driving licence and be able to drive a manual car, this is a requirement for the role.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated residential support workers who have worked in a Children's residential setting and are happy to work shifts on a rota basis. Key requirements for this role will include previous knowledge and experience in a similar role or setting. You will be patient and understanding and resilient to undertake any challenges you may face, with the support of the staff around you.

The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and meeting the different needs of individuals in your care is essential. Due to the location of this role, a driving license and own transport is essential, and you will have use of a company vehicle whilst at work if transporting individuals within the home is required.
