We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to take our DevOps and Atlassian-focused partnerships to the next level. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the partner lifecycle end-to-end — from acquisition to enablement to revenue acceleration — and play a key role in scaling our fastest-growing business segment.

You’ll bring strong experience working in SaaS ecosystems like Atlassian, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, and you’ll be responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue while continuously looking for ways to optimize and scale using automation, AI, and analytics.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partnership Growth Strategy: Develop and lead scalable partner strategies across the DevOps and Atlassian ecosystems, leveraging insights from market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
  • Partner Acquisition & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (resellers, GSIs, MSPs, and consultants) with a strong fit for our cloud backup products.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own partner-sourced and influenced revenue outcomes, using data to forecast, track, and continuously improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to build joint go-to-market plans, align messaging, and remove barriers to partner success.
  • Data & AI Enablement: Use CRM, PRM, and AI-powered tools to identify partnership opportunities, streamline workflows, and uncover leading indicators of success.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Deepen partner engagement through structured QBRs, enablement plans, and high-touch support, with a focus on long-term mutual growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Share insights internally and externally on best practices, ecosystem shifts (e.g. Atlassian Cloud migrations), and how Rewind can continuously adapt and innovate.
  • Continuous Innovation: Proactively identify areas to improve how we partner — including onboarding, training, co-selling, and co-marketing — and experiment with new approaches to drive outcomes at scale.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem development with a strong track record of driving revenue and closing net-new partnerships in complex technical ecosystems (preference will be given to candidates with Atlassian or DevOps experience).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to launch GTM initiatives.
  • Proficient in using CRM/PRM tools (Salesforce, Partnerstack, etc.) and data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity or curiosity with AI-powered tools for sales, outreach, and analysis (e.g. Salesloft, Gong, ChatGPT, Clari).
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-directed, entrepreneurial, and motivated by outcomes, not just activity.
  • Ability to travel internationally for events, partner summits, and strategic meetings.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building or optimizing partner programs from the ground up.
  • Previous work in companies undergoing ecosystem expansion or product-led growth.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms and partner marketplaces (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace).
