We are looking for Engineers with an MBA who are passionate about personal development and eager to help shape the future of the company. As part of this international rotation program, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of departments and countries over a five-year period. Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) indispensable
- Native or bilingual level of English and Spanish (Spanish is a must)
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an engineer
- Willingness to relocate internationally on a regular basis over a five-year period
- Availability to join an international mobility program
