The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an SME or Commercial Broker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality client service. You’ll play a key part in a collaborative, experienced team and take ownership of key renewal activity and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments in line with FCA regulations
- Act as a senior point of knowledge within the team
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
- Deliver exceptional service and retention across SME clients
- Identify and cross-sell wider services and solutions
- Accurately maintain Acturis (or similar systems) and all policy data
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- CII qualified or working towards qualification
- Experience using Acturis or similar systems
- Proactive, professional and natural team player
