Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for medical technology and building lasting customer relationships? We’re seeking a Territory Manager to grow our client’s market presence and support healthcare providers with innovative solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll play a central role in shaping the success of their region by building strong customer partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • This position is responsible for maximizing sales, profitability, and account penetration by identifying new opportunities, driving strategic customer engagement, and promoting the full company portfolio.
  • Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
  • Drive territory growth through targeted acquisition, retention, and development strategies by leveraging CRM tools.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to existing and prospective customers.
  • Deliver engaging product and business education sessions - both in-person and digitally.
  • Promote the full portfolio, including digital solutions, software as a service (SaaS), and services.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor movements.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, spot trends, and drive territory performance.

A bit about you:

Ideally, you’ll be based in the Midlands, UK. This position requires frequent travel within your region.

You’ll have proven experience in sales, customer development, or business consulting. Dental, healthcare, or medical device experience is a plus.
