Octavius Infrastructure is excited to be delivering Electrification and Plant (E&P) renewals across the North regions (North West & Central and Eastern regions). We seek a progressive Programme Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our electrification strategy, overseeing projects from conception to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership for electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our electrification offering.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

About You:

  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably within the infrastructure or electrification sectors.
  • Familiarity with electrification systems, power distribution, and infrastructure development, including an understanding of relevant technologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects within a framework environment.
  • Previous experience working for a tier one contracting organisation.

Your Wealth of Experience & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrification systems, power distribution, and related infrastructure, including familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
  • Experience working in 11kv or 33kv substations.
  • Proven experience in senior project management, especially in overseeing electrification projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
