A leading dealer of Material Handling equipment is looking to on-board a new Field Service Engineer to service their client base across the Northamptonshire area. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to get into a new company.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing a client base across Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough with a focus on servicing forklift trucks.
- Fixing and servicing other related material handling & specialist equipment to include side-loaders and pallet trucks.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when visiting customer sites.
- Attending the workshop from time to time and occasionally working on call.
Requirements:
- The company has a preference for an individual with experience within the Material Handling industry. However, this isn’t essential; they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in plant hire, powered access, commercial vehicles or other industries with a strong hydraulics/mechanical focus.
- Another option the company would consider would be a recently qualified engineer looking to get into something long term and building a career.
- In terms of location, you will ideally be based in the Northamptonshire region, including Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.
