This role is office based Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Salary £32K (Depending on experience) plus commission. Must have Groupage or Full loads experience.

We’re looking for a motivated Internal Business Development Manager to bring in new business, focusing on Irish Groupage and full loads from the UK to Northern Ireland, also selling other services, assisting with onboarding and supporting our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation, proactively identify and secure new business and arrange appointments within the transport sector.
  • Analyse and monitor reports, down traders and up traders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
