We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join a talented team working from our Central region and based at our office in Solihull on a permanent basis. The aim of this post is to effectively coordinate and administer all aspects of the legal process of house sales, ensuring excellent customer service and the delivery of key targets.
Duties will include:
- Working to a monthly budget and forecast
- Liaise with legal and financial representatives to underwrite a smooth and trouble-free sales process
- Engage with estate agent to gain clear and up-to-date information
- Delivery of sales contracts within the company’s prescribed timescales
- Report on progress against forecasts
- Attend weekly management meetings
- Work alongside a talented Sales team
