Shop Support Partner

About the role

As a Shop Support Partner, you\’ll provide efficient administrative support to benefit shop operations and our customers. You\’ll collaborate with peers and leadership to support shop priorities and targets, focusing on productivity, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and completing cash administration tasks.
• Maintaining relationships with Partners, head offices, and third parties.
• Reviewing IT incidents or requests and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Serving as a point of contact for visitors.
• Scheduling branch cover and training for Partners.
• Completing recruitment tasks, including assessment centers and job offers.

Essential skills/experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy with multiple software skills.

Desirable skills/experience

• Experience in retail administrative or cash office environments is welcomed but not essential. Training will be provided.

Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
