Royal Mail delivers letters and parcels every day to people throughout the country and are relied on by communities across the UK. We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, while maintaining high integrity standards and friendly customer service.
• Sort mail/parcels within the delivery office as required.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Upbeat and self-motivated.
• Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
• Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• Please note that a DBS check is required as part of the application process.

Pay and Contract

• Minimum of 5 days a week between Mon and Sun
• Shift time is 9am – 3.30pm
• £13.06 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours £16.33/hour
• Bank Holiday £19.59/hour
• Temporary
