Service Engineer

Service Engineer Location: Warwickshire Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 + benefits + company car + call out bonus + overtime available Job Type: Permanent Engineering @365 is working with a leading electronic security and fire detection company that specialises in the installation, service and maintenance of high-quality systems. With over 50 years of experience delivering tailored solutions to clients across the UK, they are now looking to recruit a Service Engineer to join the team. About the role: As a Service Engineer you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire and security systems including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems. Key responsibilities: * Carry out servicing, maintenance, and occasional installation of intruder alarms, fire detection systems, CCTV, and access control solutions. * Organise and manage your own workload to ensure timely delivery of service and installation tasks. * Troubleshoot system issues, perform repairs, and replace components to maintain system reliability. * Complete all job-related documentation accurately and on time, following company processes and industry guidelines. * Maintain a well-stocked vehicle with the necessary tools and materials to support efficient field operations. * Provide excellent customer service, offering clear communication and professional support on-site. * Participate in the on-call rota, responding quickly to urgent call-outs when required. What we’re looking for: * Hold a recognised qualification (or equivalent experience) in electrical or electronic systems. * Possess a valid, full UK driving licence. * Have previous experience working in a field-based service or maintenance role.
