Here at COS, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Wholesale Team, reporting to our Sales Manager External Partnerships. You will be an integral part of our expansion into this promising business area.
As a Wholesale Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability with your key partners. You will set, execute, and follow up on the overall Wholesale strategy & vision. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels.
What you will do:
- Manage the COS assortment on wholesale partner platforms, ensuring the brand vision, aesthetic, look, and feel are maintained.
- Prepare and conduct product meetings with COS’s buying teams, creating assortment presentations using internal systems and tools.
- Own and prepare selection meetings with wholesale partners, securing order placements within agreed timelines and communicating changes efficiently.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with wholesale partners to increase market knowledge and identify selling opportunities.
- Work with COS’s merchandising teams to maximize local selling opportunities through wholesale partners.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure brand and partner requirements are briefed in advance and assets are delivered on time.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to partner selling info and marketing activities, providing feedback to buying, merchandising, regional, and marketing teams.

What you need to succeed:
- Strong communicator with effective collaboration skills across all levels
- Excellent relationship-building skills, maintaining high service standards
- Proactive and hands-on work approach, with initiative
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with proactive issue identification
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and experience with SAP
- Familiarity with internal systems like Compass or Whale is a plus
