What you\’ll do

• Lead and support a small workshop team
• Carry out bike repairs, maintenance and e‑bike diagnostics
• Deliver excellent customer service and advice
• Manage workflow, organisation and stock levels
• Support sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
• Train and mentor colleagues

What we\’re looking for

• Previous bike mechanic experience (leadership experience a plus)
• Strong technical skills – Cytech Level 2 or equivalent ideal
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and coaching others
• Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
• Problem‑solver who thrives in a hands‑on environment
• Positive, proactive and committed to sustainability
