You will be part of a tight-knit team of 4 engineers delivering first-class maintenance across both landlord and tenant spaces in a premium city building. In return, the company offers £53,000 per year and genuine career progression opportunities.

Location: Liverpool Street, Central London – Easily accessible via tube, train, and bus links.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Fault-find and repair: lighting systems, control panels, power distribution, pumps, motors, AHUs & FCUs
  • Conduct emergency lighting and water temperature checks (no dosing required)
  • Monitor BMS and mechanical plant – escalate issues as needed
  • Reset chillers, clean and change filters on HVAC units
  • Basic plumbing – unblock toilets and troubleshoot flow issues
  • Escort specialist subcontractors and liaise with client representatives
  • Maintain a safe working environment and escalate H&S concerns proactively

What We’re Looking For:

  • Electrically qualified (Level 3 C&G / NVQ) or Mechanically qualified (Level 2 minimum)
  • 18th Edition (essential for electrical applicants)
  • Strong commercial building maintenance experience
  • Confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Must be able to start on-site at 07:00am
  • Proof of trade qualifications is required
