Job Description

  • Lead and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies and activities
  • Conduct downtime analysis and drive root cause investigations
  • Champion 5S implementation and visual workplace standards
  • Organise and lead Kaizen events to improve process flow and layout
  • Use SIPOC, spaghetti diagrams, swim lanes, and other tools for process mapping
  • Deliver and facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA) to support measurable improvements
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs including OEE, lead time, and defect rates
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture with a strong focus on safety and quality

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement, CI, or Process Engineering role
  • Background in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and VSM
  • Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Experienced in running cross-functional improvement workshops and Kaizen events
  • Familiar with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
  • Ability to interpret production data and convert insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; confident working across teams and functions
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem solving
