Marble Talent are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across facilities or project sites. This role involves supervising a team of electricians and ensuring all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical installations and systems to ensure proper operation and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
  • Maintain documentation including work logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and participate in regular safety meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician, as required by local regulations).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, safety codes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management software is a plus.
