An inclusive and supportive primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a delightful pupil in their nursery setting from September.

The Role

This full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role is to provide one-to-one support for a young child who will be repeating nursery. The pupil is autistic, pre-verbal, in foster care, and attends school full time (8:30–2:30). He is a gentle and affectionate child who does not display challenging behaviour, but he requires a compassionate and nurturing adult who is comfortable providing physical reassurance, such as cuddles, and supporting with personal care, including nappy changing when needed.

You will be joining a highly experienced and welcoming nursery team who are well-established and committed to supporting both pupils and colleagues alike. The school has excellent outdoor facilities and a strong focus on wellbeing and professional development for staff.
