Catch 22 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estate Manager on behalf of a respected property management provider for a 2-month temporary contract. Based on a large residential development in Salford, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of over 1,000 apartments across multiple blocks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing on-site staff and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Leading service charge budgeting
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance
  • Overseeing procurement
  • Supporting community engagement

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of building and estate management operations. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is preferred.

Role Details:

  • Temporary contract - 2 months until September 2025
  • Immediate start required
  • Around £170 per day (approx. £45,000 per annum pro-rata)
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Fully on-site, with parking options available
