Behaviour Support Assistant – Chester

£85–£105 per day (school hours, term time) – salary depends on experience and/or qualifications.

Vision for Education is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant for a SEND School in Chester. The role is full time (Monday to Friday) starting January 2026 and may lead to a permanent contract.

Requirements

  • Someone who has worked with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity
  • Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Someone with great patience, drive, and determination
  • Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset

Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
