Some responsibilities of a Sales Associate include:

• Delivering consistent positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock
• Providing excellent customer service
• Upselling products when appropriate
• Representing the Clarks brand
• Following loss prevention policies
• Assisting with store maintenance and merchandising
• Contributing to a positive work environment
• Completing assigned tasks
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs
