Role responsibilities at Andaz Liverpool Street:

As a Junior Bartender, you will deliver warm, attentive service while supporting daily bar operations. Under guidance, your tasks will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including classic and bespoke cocktails
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area
• Supporting mise-en-place, inventory checks, and stock rotation
• Assisting with setup and breakdown during service
• Upholding Andaz standards for guest engagement, presentation, and service

About you:

You are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork are essential. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
