Join to apply for the Volunteer Flotilla Logistics Support – Europe to Brazil Flotilla | Flotilla4Change role at Flotilla4Change.
Flotilla4Change is preparing to sail a carbon-neutral flotilla from Europe to Brazil ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference. We’re seeking dedicated and organized volunteers to join the Logistics Team behind the scenes.
What difference will you make?
This is a unique climate action that will likely be featured in international press, and you\’ll play a key part in making it happen.
What are we looking for?
- Researching ports, moorings, customs regulations, and visa requirements
- Helping coordinate communications with boat crews and participants
- Supporting scheduling and route planning
- Managing spreadsheets, timelines, and checklists
- Liaising with partner organizations and supporters
You don’t need to commit full-time; tasks will be matched to your capacity and skills. You’ll be part of a collaborative group making something truly meaningful happen—with flexibility, purpose, and community. We especially welcome applicants who speak Portuguese, Spanish, or French (not essential), have experience in travel planning, admin, or coordination, and are motivated by climate justice and action.
What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone experienced in logistics, detail-oriented, and able to help plot a course for a flotilla (7 boats and counting) to meet a deadline. Knowledge of boats, ports, and route-mapping is helpful, along with strong communication skills to engage with boat owners, sailors, and staff.
