The Role
As a Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our partners and their teams operate smoothly and efficiently. Supporting multiple Partners, you will take ownership of administrative functions, client coordination, and internal team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to three Partners
- Organise and coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person), including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Arrange travel bookings including transport, accommodation, and restaurants
- Support Partners with timesheets, mileage logs, expenses, and invoicing
- Be the first point of contact for client communications—calls, emails, onboarding, and updates
- Manage and maintain internal records and client databases
- Facilitate workflow and communications between Partners and their teams
- Help maintain a well-organised, efficient, and professional office environment
