To work within our Licensing Team to provide accurate and responsive support services to our customers, delivering effective customer administration including processing administration work, scanning, indexing, and post services.
Job Description
- Scan physical documentation received.
- Index scanned and digital documentation that forms part of a digital workflow.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge of the organisation, service areas and team functions.
- Understand internal processes and document types for each service to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of communication.
IT And Systems
- Operate a large range of different IT systems, including Microsoft Office software, and equipment to provide the organisation with information and communication.
- Participate in user acceptance testing.
- Proactively escalate any identified system/equipment issues.
Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to internal customer enquiries and requests for services in a professional and proactive manner.
- Work as part of a team, providing support to colleagues in order to contribute to enhanced team performance.
- Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
