Your Responsibilities:
- Independently performs maintenance in accordance with Industry standards.
- Complies with Safety, Quality, 5s and Housekeeping Standards.
- Identify and source parts and supplies and repair items as required.
- Drive and participate in Continuous Improvement Activities β process, results and cost savings.
- Updates and reviews Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) history.
- Performs device testing to observe performance, test for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyses of control systems to resolve software/hardware and configuration problems.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience working within a Mechanical and/or Electrical discipline in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent fault finding & diagnosis skills on a wide range of plant & machinery.
- Familiar with analytical and continuous improvement techniques.
- Experience in electrical components to troubleshoot, root cause of fault and repair.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office & Maintenance Management Systems.
