We are looking for a recent graduate with an architectural or built environment background, someone who is familiar with building physics and has experience using software tools such as AutoCAD and InDesign. You will be a team player and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is an OFFICE based role so travel into the office will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Produce technical drawings including floor plans and thermal bridging details in AutoCAD.
- Prioritise workload to align with the scheduled pipeline, considering internal stakeholders, installers and customer availability.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of industry developments in regard to Retrofit Design, PAS2035, PAS2030:2023 and RdSAP.
- Maintain and continually develop internal design templates.
- Support the Planning Permission and Approvals process for Community Home Solutions. This includes submitting planning applications, liaising with stakeholders at local authorities as well as households as necessary.
- Develop relationships with local authority planning teams to understand specific needs and requirements for each of the core councils we work with.
