Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for an Assistant to join our Conference & Events team! This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for all our Conference & Events clients. It involves ensuring that all meeting and event spaces are meticulously prepared, aligned with client specifications, and presented to the highest standard.

As the primary on-site contact during events, you will provide proactive support and respond promptly to client needs. Your close coordination with internal teams will ensure seamless event execution, directly enhancing client satisfaction and upholding the hotel's reputation for outstanding service. This role entails physical duties and will involve the manual handling, lifting, and relocation of furniture.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive in making quick decisions and resolving challenges effectively
  • Highly organized with a methodical approach to tasks
  • Builds strong relationships by engaging effectively with both customers and team members
  • Flexible and adaptable to change as needed
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is desirable
