We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Validator to join our Training and HR team in Westerleigh. You will be a key member of the site HR team providing a proactive, effective, engaging service to the site and all key stakeholders. Ensuring the site is compliant with the mandatory off the job training requirements of the Pilgrim\’s Technical, SHE & Engineering Training Matrices & site customers codes of Practice Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to): Provide ‘on the job\’ training and validation of competency to all employees Provide coaching to achieve compliance Hold and attend meetings with Key Stakeholders to plan training and escalate concerns Delivery of training ‘on the job\’ and in a classroom scenario Become a ‘champion\’ of all existing and future training activities Identify language and learning barriers to training Assist in the design and delivery of all SOP\’s and SSOW\’s Maintain accurate and up to date records of all activities in the learning platform Take a continuous improvement approach to all activities and ensure that all Quality; Health & Safety and Hygiene standards are met Follow all relevant company processes and procedures relating to the training budget expenditure and monitor expenditure within budget Ensure that training rooms and resources are maintained in good professi…
