Buscamos por um profissional com vivência na área de Atendimento ao Cliente, para atuar em nosso time de Supply Chain. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a excelência no atendimento aos clientes, sendo o elo estratégico entre clientes, áreas internas e parceiros externos, assegurando que pedidos, entregas, reclamações e demandas comerciais sejam atendidas com agilidade, qualidade e foco na satisfação do cliente.

Atividades/Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Garantir que todos os pedidos sejam recebidos e processados em sistema;
  • Acompanhar os processos internos, e realizar a comunicação com o cliente;
  • Receber e gerenciar as reclamações, sugestões ou comentários dos clientes para melhoria do nível de serviços prestados;
  • Monitorar os pedidos/demandas e realizar o envio diário das previsões de vendas;
  • Agendar proativamente reuniões internas com áreas envolvidas nas entregas de clientes, elaborando plano de ação para mitigar restrições e atender à demanda;
  • Acompanhar o faturamento dos pedidos e emitir a solicitação de coletas dos clientes;
  • Acompanhar as entregas dos pedidos e avaliar o desempenho das transportadoras;
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes finais, periodicamente, para informar status das entregas e riscos para atendimento do plano;
  • Emitir os relatórios e indicadores de performance da área de Customer Service.

Requisitos:

  • Formação Superior, em Administração ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente, com ênfase em Logística ou Comércio Exterior;
  • Vivência de, pelo menos, 03 anos atuando com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Usuário do Pacote Office, com excel avançado;
  • Conhecimento de sistema ERP / MRP.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento de processos de Importação e Exportação;
  • Experiência no mercado Automotivo;
  • Inglês e/ou espanhol intermediário/avançado.
