Salary: £13.63 per hour + £55 per sleep-in shift

What You'll Do as Children's Support Worker here:

  • Provide nurturing emotional and physical support in a structured and safe environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Encourage positive behaviour using trauma-informed approaches
  • Support educational, social, and recreational development
  • Handle day-to-day routines - from meals and transport to appointments

What We're Looking For in a Children's Support Worker:

  • Genuine passion for working with children and young people
  • Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including 24-hour cover and weekends
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experience in a similar setting is a strong advantage
