We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Location: Bristol
Hours: 09.00-17.30, Monday to Friday
The client is a small, secluded location based in Fishponds that assists women transferring back into the community, and we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join them. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit, customer-focused environment and would like to remain active in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration including filing and scanning
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer & Service Users queries
- Organising the team diary and scheduling appointments
About You:
- Personable and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using basic office technology
- Prior experience in an office or customer service environment required
