Are you a creative and driven Design Technology Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of makers, designers, and problem-solvers? Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of several forward-thinking and supportive secondary schools across Liverpool, Knowsley, Wirral, and Sefton, who are seeking engaging and adaptable Design Technology Teachers to join their schools from September 2025 (or sooner if available).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging DT lessons across KS3 & KS4
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating workshop environment
  • Track and report student progress
  • Manage tools, materials, and uphold health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
  • A clear understanding of Health & Safety regulations in workshop environments
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills
  • A passion for design, innovation, and inspiring young people
  • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
