This industry-leading company provides first-class FM solutions across a range of commercial and industrial environments and is known for its commitment to service quality and staff development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and hands-on professional to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Accrington area, carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
Package:
- Β£32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday β 40 hours per week
- Company van and fuel card provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Support specialist engineers with on-site works when required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and tidy condition
- Complete job reports and communicate effectively with the helpdesk and site teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar handyperson or general maintenance role, ideally within commercial or FM environments
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general building fabric work
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
