Meridian Business Support is recruiting Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, offering full-time hours on day or night shifts. Your Role:

  • Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
  • Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
  • Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families

Skills & Attributes:

  • A caring and patient nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential
