As our Quality Systems Engineer you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Quality Systems Engineer you will:
• Support maintenance and development of the company’s QuEnSH IMS (quality, environmental and H&S integrated management system)
• Carry out internal audits as well as supporting with external audits
• Assist with the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy, supporting with relevant discussions and sustainability data reporting requirements.
• Provide support with the collation and review of complaint data and work with other departments to assist with identifying and implementing measures to prevent complaints
• Maintain the calibration register and ensure all relevant equipment is calibrated effectively.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality focused role within a manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have experience of executing internal audits and supporting on external audits. You will be familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and have knowledge of environmental and sustainability management.
