We’re hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support programme delivery across multiple complex projects. Prior experience in the public sector is highly desirable. Candidates should be available to start within 1–3 weeks and able to work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week. There are multiple roles available at varying seniorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Produce clear, high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and governance timelines
- Support performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate governance activities and ensure reporting integrity
- Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
- Proven PMO experience in large, complex organisations
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
