What’s on offer?
- Un-capped commission
- £200k Billings = £74,500 Total Salary (£25,000 base)
- Industry-leading commission structure: 25% for juniors and 30% seniors from day one; 50% on all billings > 500k
- Average deal size £20,000-25,000 per placement with experienced consultants making multiple deals per month

What will you be doing?
- 360 recruitment role responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Being part of a team as we grow and impact the culture of the company
- Earning Industry Leading Salaries and Commissions through hitting personal targets
- Building and Developing relationships with New and Existing Global Clients across a wide variety of industries
- Creating Talent Pools and Shortlists of Candidates to introduce to your generated vacancies
- Managing and Influencing your Pipeline through interview and client management techniques
