We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly branch management accounts in the Group standard format, addressing queries promptly, and preparing final year-end trial balances with supporting documentation for audit purposes.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Submitting annual business plans for each dealership
- Assisting management in their development
- Maintaining fixed asset registers with accurate descriptions and asset life records
- Reconciling the Fixed Asset register to the Nominal Ledger to ensure suspense account balances are zero
- Producing action plans in collaboration with branch management to resolve issues on the balance sheet
- Assessing and reporting vehicle stock values
- Ensuring revaluations are performed according to Group policy
- Conducting full vehicle stock checks as required
- Utilizing experience with the Autoline Kerridge system
Note: Only candidates with previous motor retail experience will be considered for this position.
