CPM are seeking a talented and proactive Videographer to join our Samsung TV/AV Training Team. This is a key role in delivering high-impact visual content that supports our Sales and Marketing goals, showcasing our latest products and technologies through engaging livestreams, training videos, and educational media.

Salary: £35k per annum + up to 15% bonus, company car and equipment. Working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours pw, occasional weekend work to support events, livestreams, or time-sensitive projects. This role may involve travel both nationally and internationally.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the end-to-end production process - from concept development and scriptwriting, through storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Lead the full video production process.
  • Scripting and storyboarding with stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordinating shoots.
  • Capturing live and pre-recorded content.
  • Editing and producing final outputs.
  • Deliver high-quality livestreams for product launches, webinars, and training events using professional-grade streaming platforms and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to produce impactful video content for onboarding, technical training, and partner enablement.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with adult learning principles and is accessible to a diverse, global audience.
  • Help evolve and maintain an extensive digital training content library.
  • Create visual assets (title cards, lower thirds, product highlights, thumbnails, etc.) using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Canva.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains high visual standards.
  • Work closely with trainers, product experts, and marketing colleagues to align content with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Organize and maintain all video and graphic assets for efficient access and reuse.

  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent tools.
  • Are confident in the full video lifecycle - including scriptwriting and storyboarding.
  • Have hands-on experience with livestreaming setups and platforms (OBS, vMix, YouTube Live, Microsoft Teams Live, etc.).
  • Are competent in using professional AV gear - cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.
  • Have basic graphic design skills and an understanding of visual branding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills working with key clients and stakeholders to deliver on their vision.
  • Are willing to travel within the UK and internationally as needed.
  • Have flexibility to work occasional weekends for events or critical project timelines.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
