We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Assistant Manager.
About The Role
Your focus as Assistant Manager will be to deliver service excellence at all times in compliance with The Hawthorns' brand standards and to encourage our team to deliver operational consistency throughout.
Other Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing a warm welcome to every guest and visitor, to act as host and be the face of The Hawthorns.
- Organising your team efficiently ensuring that all roles are performed to their best abilities.
- Maximising sales and marketing opportunities.
- Liaising regularly with the Head chef and give guidance and training to team members to ensure that the best possible service is given at every meal service.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality and guest services.
- Have experience at supervisor or management level.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and possess strong organisational skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
