This position is offered a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of 90 days of employment with Flatrock.
Job Duties:
- Perform functional behavior assessments and document in FIN.
- Obtain necessary consents and document in FIN.
- Design and write: BTPs, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments.
- Inservice behavior treatment plans.
- Provide continual assessments as per the policy for new residents.
- Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training, and redirection strategies.
- Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make programmatic changes.
- Attend meetings as needed:
- Weekly program meetings.
- All staff meetings.
- Lead meetings.
- Preplanning meetings.
- Core group meetings (as needed).
- Person centered planning meetings.
- Behavior management review committee (as needed).
Requirements:
- BCBA certification.
- State Licensure.
