Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri from 08.40 to 17.20 or longer days Mon-Thur with half day on Friday.
What does this role involve?
- Managing the money owed to our company for goods and services.
- Ensuring that customers pay their outstanding invoices on time.
- Customer calls for payments/credit control.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Processing receipts on Sage.
- Issue of Credit notes from Sage.
- General finance administration.
- Liaising with logistics and sales teams concerning shipments and orders.
- Dealing with bank regarding export documentation.
Who can apply?
- 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a finance environment.
- Experience with SAP or Sage 500.
- Good telephone manner.
