Pure Physiotherapy is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in Bedford. This is a clinic-based role—no on-the-road travel required—ideal for a clinician ready to lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical practice, support junior colleagues, and contribute to service development. If you're also interested in progressing toward a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) role, we offer structured development pathways to support your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on complex MSK assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
- Support and mentor junior physiotherapists and students
- Maintain accurate, HCPC-compliant clinical records and timely medical reports
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Apply a biopsychosocial approach tailored to individual patient needs
- Engage in CPD and training to maintain and advance professional standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Bring:
- HCPC registration and BSc in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 3 years’ MSK experience, with evidence of senior-level clinical reasoning
