Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) – Central London

A rare opportunity has arisen to join my client’s established London consultancy, working on some of the capital’s most significant commercial developments.

Position Overview:

Senior position within a respected construction consultancy
Focus on commercial and mixed-use developments, £100M-£500M range
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 depending on experience

Required Experience:

  1. MRICS qualified with solid post-chartership experience
  2. Strong background in commercial developments
  3. Proven track record in cost management and contract administration
  4. Experience with both traditional and design & build contracts
  5. Commercial awareness and client-facing capabilities

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cost management on major development projects
  2. Provide strategic cost advice from inception to completion
  3. Work directly with clients, architects and project stakeholders
  4. Support the wider team’s professional development
  5. Contribute to business development initiatives
