Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about employee wellbeing? We’re looking for a proactive and resilient HR Administrator to join the Wellbeing & Absence HR team in Warwick!
This role is predominantly administrative, with a strong focus on managing health surveillance processes and supporting employee wellbeing through meticulous data handling and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases related to employee absence and health surveillance.
- Coordinate health surveillance appointments and manage associated diaries and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for occupational health referrals, welfare calls, and capability meetings.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of wellbeing initiatives and educational campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping in line with HR policies.
- Support general HR administration tasks as required.
- Strong administrative background, ideally within an HR setting.
- Experience managing spreadsheets, databases, and diary systems with precision.
- Familiarity with health surveillance processes and absence management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confident communicator with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
