The Future Students & Brand Directorate is looking for a short term Recruitment & Events Coordinator. You will provide operational support for undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment. You will provide administration and practical event support for recruitment, conversion and marketing activities for both home and overseas postgraduate and undergraduate student recruitment.
What you will need for this role:
- Previous event and administration experience in a busy, customer facing role
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to deal with changing priorities in the workplace
- Marketing experience (desirable)
- Weekend work/ out of hours work possible due to nature of events
