If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Pre-Opening Team as Regional Sales Manager. You will take ownership of your regional sales area, focusing on corporate and MICE segments, acquiring new customers across Europe, and representing the brand at trade shows and sales meetings.

Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing new B2B business relationships and managing accounts across Corporate, MICE, Extended Stay, and Consortia segments
- Owning the UK sales territory and supporting cross-selling throughout Europe
- Actively acquiring new customers and identifying untapped revenue opportunities
- Representing the hotel brand at trade fairs, events, sales trips, and client meetings
- Collaborating with regional sales, revenue, and commercial teams to meet budget goals
- Maintaining and optimizing customer data in CRM and sales tools
- Hosting FAM trips, sales events, and client showcases
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
